...We have now tinkered a bit more with paint.net and "worked out" a new proposal. This is roughly how we saw it live, but for 180m². The question here is naturally whether this can be realized for 150m² or whether the living area becomes too small. We can only assess that once the architect has drawn everything to scale.

As a passerby, you’re supposed to stand reverently and say: "Oh, ah, a Viebrockhaus fake." It only becomes perfect with a single garage so the Mini has to stand outside.

Not comprehensible to me: I have never understood the claim of "more appearance than being," here the stair configuration or house brand Jette and co., not Viebrockhaus itself. I find the small Jette design absolutely nonsensical. The house does not offer coziness. Everything is just passage or related to the "entrance." The square meters are wasted, and there is no nice wide view of the garden from these narrow terrace doors. City villas without a charming annex and only one facade style without planning structure I personally now only see as building blocks.
