The room that gains from such a bend still has to be invented. By the way, of the bend

That is the difference between a drugstore and a pharmacy: the architect can also provide expert advice and smooth out planning errors when implementing the wishes. The construction contractor draftsperson draws exactly what the customer says, 1:1. Including a shower in the guest WC. They don't care whether the cabinet door opens; they only take into account the maintenance area in front of the heat pump. You simply fill the customer with the desired dose of floor-to-ceiling windows, then they don't even notice.

The lady in the inserted advertisement finds that hilarious as well:

I can't believe that an architect drew this: the measurements given there are of no interest to anyone. This kind of thing happens when a layperson uses a planner that offers multiple measurement functions. There is no end-user logic related to building planning behind it. The rest supports my suspicion.

We pulled ourselves together again and took off the rose-colored glasses. In fact, we now see the draft much more critically. Thank you very much for opening our eyes. The beautiful glass front may look nice from the outside, but especially with 150m² it is a waste of space. We have now tinkered a little with paint.net and "worked out" a new proposal. This is roughly how we saw it live, but with 180m². Here, of course, the question is whether it can be realized on 150m² or if the living area becomes too small. We can only assess this once the architect has drawn everything to scale.

That would all be too tight for me. When you go in, you practically fall onto the stairs, especially when the children are still pushing from behind. When you go upstairs, it is pitch dark, the doors will probably usually be closed upstairs.

Best regards
Sabine

I repeat once again: my advice was essentially to plan your house. I said you should move away from copying a Viebrockhaus 666. You have thoroughly misunderstood this: now you are copying "Jette" and indulging again in the hope that this design can be shrunk to fit your plot. Consultation resistance 2.0 :-(

Mh, I fear the worst when I think of the mass of prefab house catalogs.
