Floor plan / Exterior view "City villa"

City villas without a charming extension and only with one type of facade without any design structure I personally now see only as building blocks.

I call this type KfW cube (also with a pyramid roof, not only in the Hornbach style). At least the Manolo sole-red bay window is slowly going out of fashion again

so here the staircase arrangement or house brand Jette and co., not Viebrockhaus itself.

Since at the beginning, if I remember correctly* the model 420 was named as the template for the distorted design, the entire brand Viebrockhaus seems to me to be the client-side benchmark for the desired image of the building.

I can remember how I advised a client here with an almost identical plot (elongated corner plot, top north or northeast) to also place the garage on this property boundary. This was thankfully implemented. Besides, a square city villa does not fit in the slightest on this slim plot – something is being forced here that does not fit.

@TE There are more creative house companies than Viebrockhaus. And architects [emoji851]
