Basically, you can also have stove pipes rise in a bend, yes. But I wouldn’t overdo it. So far, the Maxime 420 has surprisingly suffered very little from being translated onto this property. A gimmick like a chimney wouldn’t be worth contortions to me now.
Regarding the boundary distances, I’m not sure if you’re interpreting that correctly. Although the height-related side distance may not be a problem here because of the street, I don’t see the standard building setback being reduced for that reason. I could imagine that what is meant here is that even privileged boundary development must still maintain a 1.5 m distance. In my eyes, it doesn’t make sense for a house—two stories and with a windowed side—to be allowed to move closer to a street than a garage. I fear the ensemble will have to keep 3m on both sides here (result: a garage can stand in the left building setback, but the house has to be 1.5 m narrower). However, that bursts the dream of being able to style this house model on this property. Which, in my opinion, is no loss. Hang the Maxime 420 as a poster above the bed or set it as the background image on the PC, and build a house for your needs. Feel free to pick three details of the model house that the architect should “work in” the best two of. What will come out is an even much more beautiful, fitting house.
