The T-wall in the living/dining/kitchen area is actually a bit strange. What I don't like about it is the very tight living area and the long kitchen. A dining area in the kitchen apparently has to be there, otherwise I would try to create a more balanced ratio between living and kitchen. I find the rest okay, but I would also consider mirroring the sleeping area.

Well, I don't find the distance from the sofa to the living wall narrow; we measured it in our apartment to get a better feel for it.. :)

No, the 3.30 m feel tight, they rather lead to an uncomfortable sitting position on the sofa facing the T-wall.

You are right. I looked at the T-wall again: while personally I don’t see a problem in partly looking into the kitchen from the dining area when the table is placed normally, you basically look into the private area and partly, as already mentioned, kind of into the wardrobe. This causes discomfort not only for those at the dining table but also for future family members when the parents have visitors. And the living room is also uncomfortable with the intended furnishing.
However, you can change that; sofa sitters look into the garden, and the TV goes on the outer wall.
Yesterday I saw it more from a couple’s perspective, not a family perspective.

That is almost unprofessional when you include drying time.

Whereas a bungalow has a shorter drying time than, for example, a city villa. With us, construction is also planned to start within 1-2 weeks and house handover is scheduled for early June.

I think it's more a question of the choice of sofa. We like to sit on a Cassina Maralunga, which is exceptionally comfortable and at the same time very compact, but not really cheap. Then there's how the "Wohnwand" (what a horrible term!) is designed. If it visually overwhelms the sofa sitters over 2.5m, of course, you won't want to sit there much. Furnishing appropriate to the room size, and then it works. For example, I wouldn't place one of those brightly colored Lounger meadow sofa landscapes from Bretz in this room, nor a classic "Schrankwand."

We were thinking of this furniture and the fireplace with seating area.
