If everything is already set in stone, you’re coming around with the plans too late.
There’s no collective pat on the back for this floor plan, as you’ve noticed.

I also find living/dining/kitchen somehow “strange.” They are basically 3 separate rooms without doors.

Well, we wanted to keep the option open in case the open vestibule ever annoys us.

And basically, we do like the floor plan. I’ll still discuss swapping the bedrooms etc. with my wife, it’s just something to consider.

It's just not run-of-the-mill... but that doesn't say anything about good or not good. However, something isn't strange just because it's not standard ;)

A freelance architect who often works with the construction company. Around are several bungalows but also normal 2 stories... However, immediate neighbors are also bungalows

The roof is higher than the story wall… looks like a hat sitting too low… I think the proportions are not quite right. The roof should be steeper.

I didn't write, "it's strange," but rather, "I find it strange."
For me, it's poorly usable 60 sqm living/dining/cooking space if, when eating (now slightly exaggerated), I'm sitting half in the kitchen/hallway/vestibule. There's somehow "through traffic" there.

Bright, light-flooded rooms are good, but just not like that.
