That will work out, we have already spoken with the local building authority more than once.You said that the building application would be submitted in about 2 weeks. So we are already in mid-November = 3.5 months. More likely towards the end of November = 3 months minus Christmas, winter holidays.... And from early December until Christmas, I believe hardly anyone will look at your building application.

Yes, swallow the bitter pill and keep going.I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you. I spoke with the building authority and forestry office about 10-15 times. Still, it took 10 months. Hope you have a Plan B in case the price lock is gone and you get at least a 10% surcharge?
