Then you don’t want to read any criticism anyway. Who likes to submit a building application when you read that the design is not as great as you imagined? Ok, the sleeping area can be mirrored.., but somehow everything depends on the kitchen… which has already been printed in color… you’ve already had a nice look at it…

28° hip roof without knee wall - forget it.

I also don't find the staircase in the children's room nice at all. The children's room facing east is also a pity for the children. I would completely mirror that as well. I also find the bathroom and bedroom facing east nicer, regardless of the children's rooms. I like being woken up by the sun in the morning and having the bathroom nice and bright then. In the afternoon/evening, we are not in the bedroom anyway, so the daylight there doesn't help. Otherwise, I also see the points mentioned by ypg. I wouldn't find it nice to look at the chaotic and, with children, additionally dirty vestibule from the dining table. However, you could still install a door. The kitchen also doesn't look practical to me, but ours is similar.

And the 18 months price lock are certainly enough?

OK, we’ll see if the swap of the sleeping area works. Yes, we consider closing the vestibule with a door for later; financially it’s not possible now. Many thanks for the tips! Yes, the price lock is still valid as long as the building permit is obtained by the end of February. Best regards, Eckert

You have to explain that to me in more detail now. If everything is already settled, you’re coming too late with the plans. There’s no collective pat on the back with this floor plan, as you’ve noticed. I also find Living/DiningCooking kind of “strange.” They are basically 3 separate rooms without doors.
