The specified construction period is 6 months, starting from the handover of the building permit within 12 months we have fulfilled our part. If it takes longer, it is the fault of the contractor and does not justify the expiration of the price guarantee.

And are you sure you will get the approval within 3 months including Christmas and winter holidays? If the company submits the building application, it can also take its time :cool:

You don't have to make an effort. The building application must be submitted soon, so there will hardly be time for major changes.

The slope goes from south to north.

You said that the building application will be submitted in about 2 weeks. So we are already in mid-November = 3.5 months. I would rather expect the end of November = 3 months minus Christmas, winter holidays.... And from early December until Christmas, I believe hardly anyone will review your building application. If additional requests come in, in our case there were 4, you also have to factor in about 1-2 weeks for processing.
