I know that, the washing machine should go into the guest toilet. The door is 3 cm too narrow -.- Rental apartments pfffff....

Yes, sure: the slopes are by no means smooth. Plus this little wall and the TV in front of the window... The staircase is a mix between a landing and is turned again without a landing. The kitchen is not at all work-friendly.

In the meantime, you have changed quite a bit, yet it is still a patchwork here and there in a standard floor plan that does not fit. Now going into detailed planning of the "kitchen" does not make up for the mentioned mistakes, it only distracts from them. In #102 you show a upper floor where the stairs do not fit and the upper winding part is simply omitted. Ah, I see, those are the steps to the basement... sorry. Yes. That makes the design better! (I will still leave my 3 lines as they are)

The corner in the dining area significantly restricts the placement options. According to Feng Shui, you are then missing something in the wealth corner.

Straighten the corner, remove the partition wall, remove the window.
Between the kitchen line and island, I would also take 100 to 110, because the main path is the path in front of the island.
However, I would rather place the tall cabinets on the line for better usability, mirroring pantry + tall cabinets.
.....
Make the dormers clean and swap sauna with bathroom, so that a) drainage is better and b) (very important) the placement options for toilet, shower and washbasin improve.
Move the door in the dressing room 60 cm further to the right (extension of the corridor), then a nice shower niche in standing height will result in the bathroom, but also somewhat extended under the slope...

Yes, that could be how planning continues, I think

completely clear. It’s about the final stage of the floor plan design. So that we find a suitable floor plan. It’s clear that there will still be some adjustments by the planning office so that the technology fits in.
A technical shaft is the black part in the storage room. You could also go up behind the wardrobe (underfloor heating, electrical). This small wall projection between kitchen and dining could also accommodate cables and pipes up to 120x38cm.
I’m not familiar with drainage, but I assumed that you could simply run the 20x20cm shaft down anywhere along the wall (in the kitchen next to the countertop, in the living room between the sliding door and speaker; if that window corner doesn’t exist, then directly in the outermost corner under the toilet).
In my parents’ 30-year-old house, the drainage shaft also runs down directly at a corner in the dining room, without pipe insulation. You only hear it when you’re in the dining room if someone upstairs flushed the toilet or drained the bathtub. Washing or showering is not noticeable.

very good point, we have to make sure that the door is at least 75cm.

thanks for your detailed feedback. I think that’s really great.
We will probably do the Feng Shui corner; the disadvantages of the slant outweigh.
The partition wall is a small wall that we would have added later as needed. Definitely not over the entire room height. Katja already suggested just a few plants, so we will probably do it that way.
The passage without the two cabinets is almost exactly 2.0m. That’s definitely enough. 10cm more or less we can decide in the end with the kitchen island.

The thing with the tall cabinets and pantry is interesting because we intentionally planned it this way so that the corner is not blocked when someone wants to get to the fridge, or it doesn’t get hot on the body when washing up from the right if the oven is turned on.
In the current plan, everyone could also reach the fridge without having to go behind the island.
But we will definitely think about it again.

Regarding the bathroom upstairs: Then we would waste the south window of the bathroom with the sauna. Currently, you could look outside from the sauna through the dormer or south window.
What do you mean by "draw dormers clean?" throw out?
The washbasin is not optimally positioned; actually, I would like to swap the shower and washbasin. The toilet is good in the corner, isn’t it?
I don’t quite understand the thing with the shower. If the wall/door of the dressing room is moved, then the bedroom becomes too tight in front of the bed. There are about ~1.35m now.

Again, many, many thanks to you all. It’s a lot of fun to read and incorporate all the opinions and hints.

Since when is the oven hot on the outside? No, it's about the ergonomic work triangle. You would always have to leave it... it's not practical. And that applies every day, at least for the refrigerator.

straighten, align

short sketch for the bathroom/dressing area, since the current state of the shower type is not practical and the dressing area just comes across as fragmented:

with the tub etc. you have to take a look, it is now just copied 1:1

Cool idea with the shower niche. There would even be space for a towel cabinet under the slope. We will take a look at it tonight. It's still annoying with the sauna because it blocks the south side. In the morning when the sun rises, you basically have no light in the bathroom.

The gables are symmetrical on the roof, just have windows of different widths.
