I tried that first thing today, but then there is no more space left for the cabinets

Modder, the advantage is that you can place a bed and use the sloping roof.
Unfortunately, I don't have any measurements...
Even if you have a low bed now, it could change someday. A box spring bed or similar with a good mattress already has a lying surface at about 50/55cm height. A headboard might be about 120/150cm high. Where do you want to place the bed now? Another wall! And how do you want to use the sloping roof now? You can't walk there. So make optimal use of the space given to you by the roof, namely with a closet room.
Katja implemented it well: there is still dressing space at the front in the dormer entrance.
Your dressing room is – honestly – almost dead space. A closet on the left, then a bottleneck, then a closet on the right... plus the sloping roof.

By the way: what about the question regarding the 2 full floors? Did I overlook the answer?

Edit: I found measurements. Not great and absolutely suboptimal.
A storage space makes no sense in the basement.

The third gable is supposed to go there, if I understand correctly. So, no slope. I think that will work.

Of course, one could also try something completely different. Large rooms for everyone. However, without a dressing room.

Oops, forgot the toilet in the bathroom - you'll have to imagine it by the window.

Okay I understand now But the thing with "only half a room" gable was already clarified and is clearly a planning mistake. Now the entire dressing room is provided with a gable that has a straight wall height of at least 2m. Our headboard of the bed, well Katja would probably look at it and originally say It is a real wood bed with a 1m high headboard and 80cm footboard. We are already lying on 50cm Therefore: for the bed, pull out the knee wall with dwarf wall structure until the bed fits. External dimensions are 2.20m x 2.20m We don’t need a storage room in the bedroom and that would only make it smaller anyway. Although the bathroom is already half a hall in the last draft Has the thing with the 2 full floors been clarified? It is only the term in the development plan

The gable is great! Unfortunately, it doesn't help us if the household harmony is off due to optimal space utilization. In the morning, my dear one only has a very light sleep.
The house entrance is a slight problem here, as we then have to walk all around the building to get inside

green = this is how the house should be entered:
