You can achieve this better with a wall of plants. You can also remove it again if you want to change the furniture arrangement. These small privacy screens only really make sense for the toilet (and even there, they aren’t really necessary). Otherwise, it’s better to work with plants and/or furniture (a sideboard would have the same effect).

The distance between the kitchen island and the kitchen counter is too large at 130cm. You always have to take an extra step when you want to put something from the counter onto the island and vice versa. Definitely reduce it!

I find the slant at the dining table incomprehensible (and ugly); I would straighten it. It would likely increase the price compared to the classic corner.

Uhh, is 1.30m too big? I always read everywhere "at least" 1.20m. Since there is enough space, I have marked 1.30m. How much would you do? The slope at the dining table is there because the room seems a bit smaller that way (there are still 3m between the kitchen island and the dining table). We also thought that this way the sun comes into the room better, especially in autumn and winter. The terrace also becomes bigger on the "chocolate side". We would have to talk to the carpentry about the price of the corner, but they will probably say the same as you

We will probably do the thing with the plants instead of small walls as well. That's how it currently is in our apartment too. 6m wide living room and next to the couch the speaker, a spiky palm and a support column for the ceiling.

The ideal distance between two work rows is 110 - 120 cm, unless you are both very tall with extra-long legs and arms. The "classic" work step is, of course, I take something from one row and place it on the other. Try it out with a table and an ironing board. The ideal distance is when I only have to turn around to get something from one row to the other. No step in between.

All clear. Let's do it right today.

We are both rather on the smaller side, measuring 1.72m and 1.60m

I find this "just having to turn" a bit overrated. We have about 120 cm, maybe a bit more (I would have to measure first) and I find the space between the two rows good. Two people can work together and even leave a drawer open without completely getting in each other's way.

I find it more comfortable to take a step out of the turn. Without this step, it easily becomes cramped, especially when a drawer is open and/or you want to pass by each other. We have 1.28 m distance and I find it rather too tight than too much. We are 1.75 m and 1.83 m tall, so not small, but not huge either.
