Kitchens and furniture can be bought on credit at top conditions in those great furniture stores, right?

Seriously, you write that you have almost half of the outstanding amount in the daily allowance account, then just pay what you can from that?!

Since it will take about 6-12 months before you have found a plot of land, you should use this time to deal more intensively with the topic of house construction, as well as all the costs involved before anything progresses at all.
In these 6-12 months, you could also accumulate a substantial amount of equity with your income.

According to your initial post, the 425/450k is from a prefabricated house provider.
Is that a price for the land, and is the floor plan as you imagine it? Any changes will cost extra money. If tiles are included, additional money will definitely be needed for those as well because most people don’t want most tiles at price x.

Me neither. So moving, kitchen, etc. are already included in these 425k??? Or is that on top.

And why does the place cost 450k now? Yesterday it was 425k (because only then did the EKED come to light; and the day before yesterday we were at 405k?

And tomorrow? 475k?

Taking the interior completely into account and still having considered a buffer because there is always something else coming, etc... The plan is very clear, first the budget for the house, what cannot be changed anymore, meaning the house itself, and later gradually the interior, exterior, etc... We have a very good equipment.

Floors, walls, etc. are of course calculated. Everything still needs to take place more precisely to then see where we end up. Maybe it will also be 500k - then recalculate, so far there is room upwards. For us, the limit for the installment was about 1,700 so that later with additional costs it is just over 2k.

This leaves potential for savings for further expansion or... special repayments.

I do NOT have a precise calculation yet and I also do NOT have an offer that I want to sign and I will of course include these expenses, etc. in the house loan or... they are already included.

That was an example calculation where I wanted to understand the construct. If we don't find a plot within 12 months, for example, we have equity, if not earlier then not, and then special repayments will be made.

The first two paragraphs I don't understand, you really write something confusing: Have you only planned the budget for the house and are you taking the interior fittings with you and doing the rest step by step, or have you calculated everything?

Tip: Always calculate everything, including furniture, lights, etc. The "afterwards" will be financially much harder because there are so many little things still coming that you have to buy and haven't thought of. The first 6 months are rather tight on cash than anything you could pay off early...

With the financed equity? *SCNR*

Consultant assistant, I hope you have no budget responsibility at work. Although, a proper company can always keep injecting funds endlessly.

You are assuming that you have the entire financing available through two full salaries, right?
