So, I didn’t understand your last post at all, sorry.

Since your last threads, you should actually know that a little more information is necessary than you give us here, and that the amount of equity alone doesn’t say anything about how much credit you will get.

Noroot has actually summarized it nicely.

Just a few points to consider:
Are you sure that €227,000 will be enough? What kind of house is that supposed to be? With land or without? If yes, is that a developer deal or not?
From experience (not just my own) I can tell you that the estimated costs, even with a so-called “fixed price,” rarely suffice.
I therefore hope that besides the equity you want to include in the financing, you also have a sufficiently large buffer; otherwise, as the very smallest emergency buffer, you should keep this money with you.
Based on your last threads that you posted here a while ago, I especially hope that your financial situation has generally improved significantly, because otherwise the €10,000-15,000 equity won’t help you much.

So acquaintances of mine have received a mortgage loan completely (!) without equity! However, both are already really good earners. As an "ordinary mortal," I would not dare to take on any financing if I can't even put in 25% equity. Experience simply shows that in financial bottlenecks you quickly get into trouble. Many are probably attracted by the low interest rates. But that can certainly be deceptive.

But if both are such decent earners, why is there no equity available? Surely you can get such financing, but the risk is definitely high for the BANK / insurance, which will certainly be reflected in the terms.

With a reminder of the previous threads, I believe all hope is lost.

Nice and desirable it would be – only I lack the belief.
Sorry – but I am somewhat biased from the past here. And I have no desire for renewed – unproductive – discussions.
