You paid for your wedding on credit?? Omg, but I'm probably misunderstanding something.

Aside from that, I don’t know what would be worse, that you are really as disorganized in life as you present yourself here, or a troll who desperately wants to keep the forum lively.
In the latter case, give yourself a dignified farewell and that’s that.
In the former case, I think the differing opinions have been exchanged enough and we won’t be able to help more. So then, good luck with the house construction. I mean that honestly!

Actually, I tend to explain things multiple times and always in different ways so that someone who has no clue what to expect can understand, assess, and then possibly implement it. In this topic, however, I have the feeling that all of our capacities are being tied up without anything moving forward. This could be due to genuine misunderstanding, the narcissism of the topic starter, or our collective inability to make things understandable. In any case, my intuition says that at the present time further investments in this topic cannot be helpful. And then maybe we should collectively draw the consequences?

Yes, a wedding on credit, so what?
And yes, student and wedding loan installments are the future savings installments, so what?

What is so hard to understand about that?

You have received all necessary instructions more than once.

Just take a look at the form from any bank with which you can request a construction financing non-bindingly. It's available for download. There you will see very clearly how many and which pieces of information are required from you to be able to assess a financing possibility. Of course, you do not have to post the data here. But then it is extremely cheeky to constantly demand more advice and insight from everyone here.

Either everyone else is wrong, or you are.

Regards.

Aren't you supposed to be studying for school now? What do mom and dad say about that?
