My question still stands - but obviously there are no more answers here now, as perhaps it has finally been understood what my rent and fixed costs are and how they are supposed to be used in the future.

Maybe I should have expressed myself differently and better right from the start. However, anyone still arguing against this now is probably still living at mom and dad's house.

By the way, I took advanced math and passed well, and afterwards completed a degree in computer science - but that will probably be turned against me again now.

Ouch, although there you only memorize curve discussions. You should have taken Controlling and cost accounting during your studies. That would help you now.

What you don’t understand, dear Henrik, is the fact that no one here believes that you will not take out further loans in the future to finance your life. It doesn’t matter whether it’s for studies, a wedding, the baptism of the children, the 40th birthday, or the 10th wedding anniversary. And that’s why no one here accepts that you permanently have 800€ left over without changing your lifestyle.

And why don’t you get reasonable answers? Because you don’t address the questions asked. That’s why no one takes you seriously anymore and doesn’t want to have a one-sided discussion.

YOU want something from us – then please be willing to answer the questions asked thoroughly. That way you will also get the best answers that this forum can give you.

Best regards and good luck...

Thank you for the answer. I still stick to my opinion. Loans that are paid off after 4.5 years and the resulting amount I can very well use permanently for my house, but they have had absolutely nothing to do with the lifestyle led at that time over the past years.
