KFW 70 or is KWF 40 Plus worthwhile with significant additional costs?

I am actually considering selling the house again after about 10 - 15 years. Now with the final offers, there is a difference of 50,000. Minus the subsidies of 17,000. I think that KFW 55 is not worth it at all. You do get a 5,000 subsidy from KFW, but if you take a normal A-loan instead of KFW, you come out better in terms of interest than with KFW. Then you save more than the 5,000 from KFW.

Yes, that's how it was with us, house planned with KFW 55. Then got a great interest rate from the bank for the financing, so it was not worthwhile with the KfW financing.

No, Viebrockhaus works with subs just as much and squeezes them just like other companies. What Viebrockhaus charges more than other houses at the same standard doesn't go to the subs. Marketing, show home parks and advertising need to be paid for.

Even if Viebrockhaus now offered 70 for the extra cost, I would choose Viebrockhaus: better construction specifications, very clearly. Better basic standard. And if you want to sell later anyway, I would actually favor these 40+: Viebrockhaus and 40+ can certainly be resold better later than Heinz von Heiden.

Repeating it does not make it any more correct.
