I find the utility room very inconveniently located, have you ever thought about what is supposed to go in there? We have the utility room right at the entrance, so that you immediately have the vacuum cleaner, mop bucket, etc. at hand to clean the entrance area. We also keep [Altglas] and [Altpapier] there, you can quickly take them out of the house from there, do you always want to walk past the sofa to do that?

Best regards
Sabine

I prefer it sober rather than cheap, so a black and white drawing from above. These 3D things distort the perspective, which doesn't really exist anyway. No, exactly not, if you want an island. Then RBM 3.27 is too little.

Hi

quickly put down on paper
The access is possible this way and definitely does not require more space.

I can completely understand regarding the utility room. But we simply do not find a utility room attractive and want to keep it away from the entrance area. Our idea is as far away as possible. A side entrance door can also be installed on this bay window.

Moving the garage to the other side was also initially considered. However, we really like the covered passage between the house and garage leading towards the garage. Here is an example.

I have adjusted the floor plan again and it looks as follows. The exterior walls of the house remain at 10.25m x 10.25m. I made the bay window smaller to the front but larger to the side.

Whether the office will still be modified a bit, creating a shortcut to the storage room, is still open.

Before everyone starts shooting again: Yes, I still forgot one or two windows like, for example, in the kitchen

You also have to listen sometimes and want to understand the tips?

That is a wall between the utility room and the entrance. That is really silly now.
You go in there often, also craftsmen, etc., door closed and that's it. It should be central, nothing more.

How ugly do you want your house to be?

I have said it before: we have such an intermediate corridor and it is terrible.

That was my last post here.
You don’t really want... so what do you want from the forum here?
