What I don't understand is, you have the road to the north and waste space and get additional paths to have the entrance in the west. Are there reasons for this? Additionally, the garage in the west takes the evening sun.
I tinkered a bit with your design in PowerPoint Engineering. However, the windows would have to be completely replanned.
Ground floor:
- Garage in the northeast
- Guest room in the west
- Stairs shifted slightly to the north
- Technical room in the northeast
- "Bump" removed, the pantry had to give way for that
- Kitchen window is blocked by the garage – with generous glazing in the dining area, the kitchen should still be bright enough.
- Living room supplemented with a west window. In the open space, in front of the dining area, there could be a large lift-and-slide door (4m), then space for the TV, and then a corner window (like in the children's upper floor) facing southwest in the living area.
Upper floor:
- Stairs shifted north (see ground floor)
- Access to the parents' area via the dressing room
- Children's bathroom possible (18m2 bathroom can also nicely be divided into 12m2 + 6m2)
- (Small) open space above the entrance area possible, looks spacious.
