That is a green LEGO plate, and I am probably not the only one who suspects that it does not honestly represent the property even topographically. I don't understand the problem here. The garden faces south. What is there not to understand? As shown in the drawing. Who would please rotate the house in a site plan to have north at the top.

The plot is not yet developed and there is no official plan yet.

I just want to show why it is disadvantageous to put the garage on the other side. The driveway will become too big/long and I will only lose garden space. It is quite possible that I lose some evening sun, but sometimes you have to accept a loss.

I still don't understand why the driveway can only be at that one spot? The way the house is oriented, it seems that no sun enters the house after noon. Are you aware of that?
