But please not as a passageway but used sensibly, because with 500m2 you are not exactly blessed with a lot of space.

If you really want that, take a look at the mother houses from Weberhaus Günzburg and Wuppertal. You could put the front door in the passageway, that's how we do it; I'll take a picture later anyway, as I'm going down to the house soon, or maybe the technical room,...

Would also harmonize really well with the photovoltaic system for you.

In post #58 finally - that I get to experience this *sigh* I welcome the approach, but the blessing for the building arrangement does not lie solely in omitting the intermediate door and the shared wall without also utilizing the gained free movability. And I would also remove the roofing and the wind corridor.

Hello everyone, I have thought about it again and adjusted the house as follows.

Changes:
- No passage between house and garage
- Connection from the garage directly into the utility room (technical room)
- Terrace on both the south and west sides

The interior layout will certainly still be changed. For now, the general floor plan is my top priority.
The house will remain 10.25x10.25m in size.
The bay window on the north side will be slightly enlarged to accommodate the entrance.

Do you have any ideas for the room layout?
It is important to us that there is a straight staircase starting from the living room --> solid concrete staircase with wooden steps (but with free space under the stairs, so not a fully filled staircase).

We don’t quite like that you can see all the way through the house from the entrance.

Thanks, everyone!

Stupid question, but what use is the door from the utility room to the garage to you? You can get into the garage with dry feet anyway?

Was just marked like that and can, as written above, of course still be changed

At the moment, it was only about the positioning of the garage and the general design of the interior.
