On Monday, the transition meeting from nursery to kindergarten took place. The educator asked what she thought about how I should raise children if the parents are not raised. Yes, parents always have the best, sweetest, and prettiest child. Parenting ranges from none at all (which is also a parenting style) to strict discipline. The middle ground is missing. It annoys me tremendously, but it is hard to achieve. As long as my parents-in-law say everything is fine, as old-fashioned educators, the direction must be right.

8 weeks old and sick says it all. I get so angry when I keep reading about loving hobby breeding and the ***** who buy there. A cat without papers is and remains a burden and will not become a pedigree cat just because someone wants a few hundred euros.

Nice that you took in the divorce victim.

My big one was dumped by a loving hobby breeder in the slurry pit. He was found there immediately and ended up with me the same day through animal welfare. About 4 weeks old, a red tomcat and not enough BKH. Not sellable. So away before he costs real money.

If the cat goes in your garden at night: comfort yourself, you can be SURE that it annoys the cat owners even more than you. If a cat just goes on the lawn, comfort yourself, the cat owners certainly suffer even more than you.

Are you actually still noticing something...? Actually, I would like to respond to that now, but I think that is completely hopeless and useless with you...

But Andi, where is the problem? Believe me, it is absolutely terrible for almost every cat owner when their cat poops at the neighbor's place. No one wants that, except the cat. Now read it again.

I don't really care that much whether it's 100% accurate. But it's hilarious how aggressive your own words make you just by changing one word. Think about it. My neighbor's kids regularly play with their dog in the garden - a racket and yelling - they have also been over at our place once - no problem at all. For that, my cat sometimes deliberately sits in front of the fence and annoys the dog - well, what can you do? I believe live and let live.

Calm down. That was Kaho’s comment with a little smile, and it’s more about the point behind it than the fine choice of words.
If the cat (provably) makes a mess, it is also very unpleasant for the owner. Maybe they don’t always show it. And then it always depends on the way you point out the pet’s mistake.
If a neighbor makes a huge fuss because she found an alleged sausage among her dahlias, I would rather shrug. But if the neighbor calmly comes and asks me to help solve the problem so that the tomcat no longer poops on the lawn at night, I am immediately on board.

Therefore provable: Our cats were once accused of always nibbling on an old neighbor’s flower bush. I couldn’t imagine that. Although the three turn into cows from time to time, flowers were never on their menu. I then googled and found out that her bush would be toxic to cats. Not to death, but it should make them feel very bad.
When I pointed this out to her, she admitted she never caught a cat nibbling, but only saw them roaming on her property. Eventually, I caught a rabbit early one morning sitting happily in her flowerbeds. Probably the culprit. Since then, there has been peace.
