Hello kaho

I have no problems with cats.
At least not in my garden.
The problem with cats is hunting and the immense killing of birds and rare amphibians. This must be addressed urgently. This is difficult and can realistically only happen if cats are no longer allowed to roam freely. So either on their own property, if that is not possible, then they are not allowed outside anymore. Nature should be worth that to cat owners.

I don't know. Keeping cats only indoors is, in my opinion, cruel. Better to have no cats at all.

But I have the feeling that you overestimate the damage caused by the cats. The damage caused by humans is incomparably greater. It's like someone is currently dying of a heart attack and I first treat their athlete's foot.

I think nature could easily handle the cats but unfortunately no longer the humans.

Why am I actually reading pages of discussions about cats here when the culprit was possibly the marten?

If there is suspicion of further crimes, it simply continues.
If you talk to enforcement officers the same way you do here, I am not surprised.

You will not recognize your own truth, just as you twist the truths here. ...First a lab examination, then the search is supposed to have continued....
Do you actually know how long such an examination takes? Or did they bring their lab with them to be able to continue searching immediately? Weapon with courier to the LKA? Nonsense.
I don’t know why you distort the facts and rights, cannot weigh proportionality, and always come back to your own heroism here, while the authorities only make mistakes.
