If there is suspicion of further crimes, it just continues.
You will not recognize your own truth, just as you distort the truths here. ...First an examination in the laboratory, then it was supposed to have been searched further....

Hello ypg
I had no idea that I write so unclearly.
So: The house search did NOT take place at my place.
The search warrant stated: Seizure of the Glock 17 No.: XXXXXX
and the described fire selector lever, matching the Glock 17.
This was actually achieved after the PVB broke in by destroying the front door, killing the dog, and then informing the owner of the Glock and the lever—by handing over both items to the aforementioned owner. The fire selector lever was later (weeks or days later in the laboratory) examined and it was found that it had never been installed in the weapon. After the seizure of the weapon and the lever, the search of the house continued for several hours. Without any justification given by the officers to the homeowner. All files were leafed through. Nothing else was taken.
Is that a bit clearer now?
The house search took place because a customer file of a dealer was seized. The search specifically looked for Germans who 1. had purchased a fire selector lever from this dealer via the internet and 2. were in legal possession of a matching weapon (here Glock 17). These indications were sufficient grounds for a house search.
