How do you want to use the terrace? Where will you put the table with chairs? I would put them on the south side, then you also have the morning and evening sun from the east and west sides. But what will you do on the west side then? Another table or a sofa or something? I think ONE large terrace with at least 3.50 meters depth is more sensible than this narrow terrace around the corner. You could also use a slatted roof, they are now even available retractable (Google for Lamellendach fahrbar). So you can choose between "no roof at all" and full shading/waterproof. In my opinion it also looks more modern.

I definitely want to use the south side completely, so the table with chairs should be entirely on the south side.

On the west side there should be more of a sofa-like thing (pallet sofa or similar). That doesn't need much space, so 90% of the activity happens on the south side. The roof around the corner is just for aesthetic purposes anyway, which one should probably do without.

Very cool idea!!

How much does something like that cost?

It usually does not get warmer under a glass canopy than it is outside anyway, as long as the side walls are not closed and you have air exchange. Of course, if you work with closed walls, it can also become quite like a sauna; then the typical retractable awning is not enough and you need an awning that runs over the glass (which in turn brings other disadvantages, visually and in terms of dirt...). Louvered roofs, yes, you either love them or hate them; I find them so unattractive that they would not have been an option for us.

These retractable louvered roofs are unfortunately not cheap. I believe 6 x 4 meters were around €20,000. But what you are planning/did plan is certainly not cheap either.

I have another idea: Place the terrace in front of the southern living room window (the one with the railing). Then you can look out into your garden from the dining table and the kitchen instead of at table and chair legs. You can still make a small west-facing terrace.

Wow, that is really expensive

Yes, definitely an option. The question is actually what kind of roofing we will do..
