This is the kitchen. :D Or rather - the old kitchen.
Unfortunately, there is no space in the new one for us, there’s already a dishwasher and a sink. And the row is narrow.
What exactly is the problem with the water supply? Are there no adapters or something?
As I said, it wouldn’t be important to me to have water continue to flow into the sink; I could use the supply completely for the washing machine.

So my husband always just buys such branches/extensions at the hardware store and that's it. Takes about 10 minutes and we have it in the house at 2 places and have also had it in rental apartments before, it was never a problem. As long as you have water and wastewater connections, you can branch off.

Instead of completely giving up the faucet and using it for the washing machine, you should aim for a combined solution (e.g. see picture). Because even for the first solution you need plugs, adapters, etc....

In your case, it is best to use such/similar device valve: search for PHA014O

oh perfect! That is exactly what I was looking for!
You’re a treasure!

And can we simply plug the wastewater at the bottom into the siphon and tighten it with a clamp? Or do I also need an adapter / new siphon?

You unscrew the part on your siphon and screw on a hose connector there. For example, TEC356394. You can get it at the hardware store for about 2 EUR.
Attach the drain hose of your washing machine with a hose clamp and enjoy! :)

I just noticed: This strange faucet doesn’t have any angle valves. It’s just this part; you can’t turn it off separately. If I replace this part, would I then have to turn off the main water valve somewhere in the basement? Is it even possible to put another fitting on it?
Maybe I’ll just buy an adapter to connect the washing machine to the faucet there?
