with Applad / Veddinge you are lucky that it is a flat surface front and that with Faktum and Metod the surface was not changed, only the dimensions were adjusted. This means you can buy a Veddinge door 60x80 and shorten the height at a hardware store to the dishwasher front that fits Faktum (you have to measure). then you have to patiently sand the edge and paint the edge with white acrylic paint. If it is a semi-integrated dishwasher, you can make this work easier and after shortening at the hardware store, have a normal veneer edge fixed for about one euro and direct this edge upwards.
You can manage that if you have patience. Using the serial number from the dishwasher’s rating plate, you can search online for an installation manual, which will explain how to remove and remount the front.
However, I would also check several points if the kitchen was put together so sloppily because other things might also have been neglected:
- were the cut edges of the cooktop cutout and sink cutout treated with silicone/wood varnish?
- Is the siphon tight, especially when the sink is filled completely and water drains through the overflow?
- do ALL feet touch the floor?
