Have you read the thread? Pointlessly tearing down... If someone asks whether walking blindfolded over the A3 is also a good idea, one should encourage them and say sure, it will be fine? That's an "exciting project" for you? I call that kamikaze.

Yes, read it completely. It's all about the tone. And the tone eventually resembled a group of children who had picked a victim. You can also deliver criticism normally without getting angry. I will possibly withdraw from this forum as well, because this is increasingly leaving a bad taste with me. The OP accepted criticism, took suggestions seriously. The project will most likely not work as planned, which he then realized as well. But no one needs to be made to look stupid, and it's not surprising at all why so many disappear here again immediately.

From my point of view, this is a very good hint. A "self-built house" sounds more realistic to me than the OP's plan and may also be received differently by the bank because it has a "name."

That’s exactly what I wanted to ask: Is your house a "kit house"? One where everything is delivered from a single source and you can consult with builders if necessary, basically being accompanied?

I meant "kit house."

I understand that well. It's a pity that there are so few available craftsmen. In my environment, some people (not during house construction, but during a simple move) sometimes despair because of this and teach themselves electrical work via YouTube videos, because they simply can't get a craftsman for small jobs.
