3 months in a row? For us, the delivery time for the windows after completion of the shell construction + facing brick was 4-6 weeks...

PS: Do you also have your incidental construction costs under control with self-performance? Crane, scaffolding, pump, compactor, mixer... renting for 10-20,000 euros would not be unusual.

Don't forget the structural engineer. Don't forget the drainage planning. If necessary, don't forget the energy consultant. Who is taking care of the [TGA]?

Yes, the delivery and waiting times also give me headaches. Especially letting the screed dry.
We have a very large building materials dealer here and try to plan as precisely as possible regarding materials. But I also assume that we will have to wait unexpectedly at some point. I can take my 3 months off quite flexibly. That would not be a problem.

2,000 EUR is budgeted for new tools (most are available), the rental equipment is included in the respective item (e.g., small excavator for earthworks), no crane needed.

Aren't these all topics that the architect has to handle, at least drainage and structural engineer? If TGA means smart home, we are foregoing a lot here except for electric shutters.
The house will be rather simple: clear rectangular floor plan, no bay windows, no dormers, no basement. Basically everything to make self-building even easier. Provided the architect agrees with our ideas, the structural engineering shouldn't be an issue (light roof), timber construction.

Only if it’s not immediately 100k for it. A remainder (10-20k?) without major discussions.
