Who should put the roof beams on the scaffold for you? The supplier?

What would I need a crane for? The side components weigh a maximum of 300kg, probably more like 200kg. The plan is to use a hoist and have three people set it up. The roof beams are to be placed on scaffolding upon delivery. Since I want a lightweight roof, I don't need such a large cross-section and therefore less weight. If the architect and structural engineer give the OK, I would even forgo beams and nail boards together (typical American construction method) to achieve the necessary strength. Where else would a crane come from?

A colleague did the entire electrical work himself for his 160sqm house. The only thing that took time was chasing and pulling cables and wiring the control cabinet, which took about two months.
For me, a 4-person company came and finished in 3 days at 200sqm living space!
Even if they (for whatever reason) had postponed the appointment by 6 weeks, I would still have been faster than my colleague

I bet you waste at least a week during the entire construction phase just by trips from the construction site to the hardware store and back because you forgot something.
Besides, you will repeatedly have to take a day off because muscle soreness from unfamiliar work will bring you to your knees

Construction site is on hold because tiles are not coming. Several weeks of involuntary construction stop. Stove builder cannot come because tiles are not laid, chimney sweep cannot come without stove. You postpone and have to wait until you fit in somewhere

There is no stove builder and no chimney. As I said, there are really only a few jobs to be done by external contractors. So far, we are accounting for the main electrical connection, sewer, possibly heating/ventilation, and maybe screed.
