We are currently in the process of choosing parquet, 50EUR/sqm (gross) is very little to get. We currently have all-in offers of about 14kEUR for 125sqm including skirting boards at 65EUR/sqm for the parquet.
At our building materials dealer, 50€ was also very meager. We were then glad that our parquet (Kährs Eiche Decorum) was on sale for 70€, although about 20sqm were then charged at the regular price. Prices were roughly at internet level.

It's <6k for laying including parquet adhesive, small stuff, arrival and departure. No idea if it will be oiled, sealed, whatever in the end. Roughly 80 man-hours estimated, I would say. Is that a lot? Does that fit? No experience. Only experience: tilers charge even more.
