From your comments one can see your social competence and work ethic. Apparently, you are ultra-rich, so that 25,000 € is little money for you. These are oversized premises (100 sqm) and the poor craftsman has to make do with the starvation wage. The complete overall appearance was massively disturbed by the sloppy execution of the cork joints. Of course, I repaired the cork joints of the parquet layer myself and it looks 1000 times better now. That's not the point. You can't make a mess and not feel responsible for it and not stand by it.
