As long as it is about facts and no wild accusations are made, that is hardly legally attackable afaik.

But I would have swallowed it as well. It doesn’t do you any good to take revenge in such a way. The ground is then also burned, he will never come back to make amends ...

Yes, of course! But the pictures themselves directly justify the negative rating. In my eyes, those are the most meaningful reviews on the internet.

Why damaging to the reputation? One finds one’s work so great and correct. Value judgments based on a true factual basis are permissible. No insults, no baseless criticism. Work better, better evaluation.

If something happens within the scope of the warranty, he must live with the consequences of his work. If he does not come, any possible corrections could be charged to him.

It could be that a court considers the 1-star rating defamatory and believes he deserves at least a 2-star rating...

And you’re only coming out with this picture now? Now I feel tricked. What have we been discussing here at length – about the edge of the baseboard?

This is of course complete nonsense and I installed parquet flooring myself for the first time in my own house as a DIYer. Even my very first own attempt didn’t look like this. This is total botch!
