yes, that's probably true... It will be tight, but probably enough for us if we set it up like this:

At 3.60, it’s really a tight squeeze: 2 meters for the bed, leaving 50 cm at the window, 50 cm for the space between bed/wardrobe. Actually even less: wardrobes don’t stand directly against the wall, many wardrobes are 62, sliding door wardrobes (you can’t even open hinged doors) often 70 cm. You don’t even have the possibility to stand there... And honestly, even if the bed becomes 1.90, you only gain 10 cm, where you actually need at least 30.

Why isn’t the staircase moved further towards the top of the plan? Children can also live in 14 sqm, the living room also works with 4 meters between TV and sofa... the necessary things are really crammed into a very tight space here, yet the added value of a house is that you free up living space through many storage options, so that it appears tidier and more spacious. However, this is less about the square meters in the TV area.

Definitely have a washing machine connection installed in the storage room upstairs. We endlessly discuss that the utility room is not sufficient for that, you are even planning the room upstairs for it, and now the washing machine is even under the stairs in a 5m² room where all the technical equipment is also located! Absurd! You are also carrying the laundry completely pointlessly from upstairs to downstairs and back.
