Where would you like it to be spiral? - the single-flight straight staircase planned here only works at the cost of requiring a risalit.

To explain: attempt to get the all-purpose room more towards the southwest, therefore countered. (Consideration for the view into the garden from the living room)
Several attempts to change the stairs: failed
Instead: changed the approach of the stairs to get privacy in the living area (growing children coming home)
Wardrobe possibly under the stairs or sectioned off from the utility room.
I would like the utility room towards the back, but it doesn’t work without giving up square meters.
