Ok, that actually makes quite a difference
In the upper floor, according to your idea, there would then be an open space at the dormer/risalit, right?

I have to discuss all this with my wife tonight.

Couch: something in between, I don’t have the measurements, but the wall is about 3.40 meters long. I think it fits quite well with all the compromises—panorama to the garden and windows facing west and south. From the dining area, you have a total distant view inside the house. So, this was just quickly done with the basic program using your external dimensions... of course, much more can be done in the details.

One more note about the windows – in the picture is my study (our children’s room 2, not needed yet). It has 18m2 and a total of 5m window area. The windows currently drawn in your attic would alone be the door (101cm)!

If I were to build (or will build) again, I would no longer install floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms in the attic (the other children’s room is almost mirrored), but rather ones with a sill height of about 60cm.

In #104 by , a wider dormer would of course be advisable. If that is possible, a great option to make the children's rooms bright and spacious.

The windows in the children's rooms have a parapet, approx. 1.60... I am unsure about the roof slope... therefore also the placeholder area in the bathroom...

True. That turned out quite well. Many of the semi-detached houses here have these dormers. Well, everyone knows these window dormers... the bedroom is huge, you could even box it in behind the bed, add a knee wall and create access from the storage room or something... By the way, the bedroom is just over 3 meters wide, so plenty of space for the family closet. No offense , but I find my last one overall better, as it is much more open and thus brighter.
