Concerns: If the house gets deeper, the roof will also get higher. I would not change the KS. Stair stop as with me #42. At the top, again straight, since you have the third gable there. The window is nice up there, possibly create a sunbathing spot there. Or: idea to spin further. I couldn't proceed there because personally the hallway seemed too long to me. One must consider that upstairs there are roof slopes and doors cannot be placed arbitrarily.

I just want to point out once again: unfortunately, this will really be a very dark house. It is difficult to consider alternatives since you have practically fixed everything. Within these constraints and the in my opinion again completely oversized number of rooms in this small house, you cannot get light into the living rooms. You can see how important this actually is from the specifications of the seller, who does not want to have the only sunny side built over either. I hope that this concession will also be properly appreciated, because for me it would almost be a deal-breaker.

I do not share the view on the rooms, but the children's rooms are excellent for reading Fix and Foxi all day long with a flashlight

I still find the staggered desk good. Whether you like it or not, the third gable level allows sunlight from the south to enter the rooms in north-facing rooms.
