One must consider that upstairs there are roof slopes and doors cannot be placed arbitrarily.

The house can certainly be made deeper, however we would like to keep the main orientation of the rooms towards the garden in the north.

I just want to point out once again: unfortunately, this will really be a very dark house. It is difficult to consider alternatives since you have practically fixed everything. Within these constraints and the in my opinion again completely oversized number of rooms in this small house, you cannot get light into the living rooms. You can see how important this actually is from the specifications of the seller, who does not want to have the only sunny side built over either. I hope that this concession will also be properly appreciated, because for me it would almost be a deal-breaker.
