In doing so, I stayed on the current floor area, but on the upper floor, with the current knee wall, my entrance to the bathroom doesn't work. According to the drawing, there is still room up to the permitted eave height, and the knee wall could be raised...
- Access to the work area only through the living room; the door to the living room could be a large sliding door to bring eastern light into the open space
- Upstairs, the area with the south-facing window can be used as an open playroom. Later, maybe as a "reading corner"
- I don't like the door to the living room yet. Maybe a (double-glass) door opposite the stairs and more space for the sofa instead.

I doubled the windows of the living rooms on the upper floor (201cm RBM). This would also work with your current design.
