The lady had no idea or didn’t want to help. The statement was, there are no documents from back then, there were also internal changes from time to time. The realtor wants to check with the owner again.

Yes, we have to have a look. I mean well, the 360€/month would also be at highest prices now.. that is not the normal case

I have to check the bills at home to see what the consumption is like.. then I can roughly compare.

Of course, I am fully aware that a single-family house (and not a new build with heat pump) will consume more than our current condominium :) But I hope it stays within limits...^^
