I really have no clues at the moment. 25,000 kWh ... a lot, little? Apparently a ton if I understand you correctly :) A sauna was not operated, no :) With heating costs of €600 per month we don’t need to talk anymore :D Then the topic is settled anyway Just called Fischer... The lady had no idea or didn’t want to help. The statement was, there are no documents from back then, there were also internal changes from time to time. The realtor wants to check with the owner again.

I once entered the values and postal code at Check24. The cheapest is the basic supplier. You only pay about €360 per month for the 25,000 kWh of gas :-) Otherwise, you’re at €600. You should already have a plan about the maintenance costs of such a house, otherwise the purchase could really hurt...

Thanks Yes, we have to take a look. I mean, well, the 360€/month would also be at peak prices now... that's not the usual case I need to check the bills at home to see what the consumption is like... then I can roughly compare. Of course, I am fully aware that a single-family house (and not a new building with a heat pump) will consume more than our current condominium :) But I hope it stays within limits...^^

How? Gas prices are currently exploding.. When EVERYTHING calms down again SOMEDAY, the price goes down again... or am I having a serious mental error now?

Can you roughly say how much it brings to replace the windows? Plastic triple-glazed?

I don't know if the house is one size too big in terms of gas consumption / costs...

that really dampens my intention to buy quite a bit :/
