Yep. That's exactly how it is.The energy consultant says for example. Roof new 45,000€ Heat pump 25,000€ Windows + front door 25,000€ Total 95,000€ So I could get 95,000€ from KFW. But then the above-mentioned work MUST be carried out entirely by the individual trades (material + labor) If, however, I say, material for: e.g. Roof 30,000€ Heat pump 20,000€ Windows + front door 20,000€ So total 70,000€ And I install it myself I do not get any funding. I would then have to take out these 70,000€ at current conditions "normally" without KFW. Is that understood correctly?
No. The calculation only becomes interesting if you do not buy the services at a discount but do everything completely on your own.Or am I missing something?
KfW is getting more expensive too. With the classic 30-year term, you are already at 1.14%Although I assume the 0.65% for KFW are unbeatable.
