Well, basically it makes sense here, but don't expect us to get all the information by rereading everything. Just make a small summary and name the development plan without a link. Your link also only leads to the main website of all development plans in Remscheid. And yes: in 1987 there certainly were already floor area ratios and plot ratios ;)

I should have waited a bit longer :) I found it after all. As almost everywhere, the floor area ratio = 0.4. They are almost fully used as well. With the "exceeding by 50%" it should fit then. We are allowed 0.4 -> 214.8m² sealed surface. We currently have just under 200m². With 0.6, we would then be allowed 322m² to be sealed. We then come to about 245m²-255m². Ok, then I will feed this thread with reports and photos in the next few days ;)

So I just read through the entire thread with interest. We were in a similar situation a year earlier and have thus been living in the house for a year longer. There is still some work to do, but the living quality compared to our very nice condominium is already much better (solid house from 1978, new windows, insulated gable wall, insulation between rafters). I'm curious to see how it continues! Btw: Previous owner 30,000 kWh/a, we (2 people) including hot water 11,000 kWh/a with comfortable temperatures in the house and a lot of home office.
