yes, that is the problem. Once you start with "you could do that too," it quickly gets too expensive. The heating pipes lie "partly above ground" rather than on the walls, so we should/must definitely invest here. I have only partly seen the floorboards; they are still covered with carpet. Since the house does not belong to me, unfortunately I cannot check everything in advance (the carpet would have to be completely removed for that). To be honest, the windows are okay, but just not up to today's standards (does it make sense to only replace the panes?)The information remains vague... 180k with own contribution up to > 300k complete package. For example, the heating pipes... Can they stay there or do you want to lay them in the floor structure after all? Are the floorboards really still good or is that what the seller says? "Save" the windows or new ones after all? Your list is as open as the air upwards with construction costs at the moment...
