We are still before the first viewing. So everything is from the year of construction (except the heating, which is from the 80s)
So everything new, right?

Then get the excavator.
Floor plan is usually also a topic with buildings from the 50s. Ceiling height?

Available on the internet?

Did I write that? I wouldn't know! I recommend a specialist! Please read, also the forum!

I am more around 180k when doing demolition work and other labor tasks myself. Materials and craftsmen are still hard to find. I estimate about 12 months there without experience. And I don't see that here. The type of communication makes me fear the worst.

I consider the 180k to be too optimistic if you can only do small things yourself and renovate the full package. However, I don’t know what standard is desired. That makes a big difference. I would also be more towards 300k.

@alib it might also make sense to involve an energy consultant regarding funding.

180k will never (!) be enough for a complete renovation including roof, windows, heating, new floor construction (underfloor heating), etc.
