Do I have to take from the question that no spark has flown at the architect site meeting yet?

: The spark to architects just doesn't really catch. On the one hand, because apparently no one is interested in us, and on the other hand, because we already have special ideas/wishes regarding the floor plan, so we actually don't need architectural master services, but only someone who plans, does the statics, and builds. :) I started a thread with our ideas. Maybe they aren't that bad.

Unfortunately not, because we have to maintain the 6m distance to the neighbor with the residential building. Then with the garage on the left and 6m distance on the right, the house is only about 7.50m wide. I don't want such a narrow and long tube there. That's why the garage is on the right.
(By the way, that was also your first suggestion here from I think post #5, so in that sense it was one of your mentioned suggestions, even if you revised it again a few posts later ;-) )
