On the website of the building authority it says about garages: "They are considered so-called 'ancillary structures', for which there are special regulations. On the one hand, they are exempt from building permits up to an area of 50 square meters, beyond that they may be built without distance to the neighboring boundary if they are no longer than 12 m, not higher than an average of 3.20 m and have roofs with a slope of less than 45° towards the property boundary." and other huts on the same boundary must be added there, it also says

and regarding parking spaces: 2 parking spaces for a single-family house

I also find the fence part good: "Fences (as 'structures' such as walls and fences) are generally exempt from approval and can be erected directly on the property boundary up to a height of 2 m. However, hedges are not structures, here the provisions of private neighbor law must be observed."

The driveway is on the west side. The retaining wall is actually great as it is, you can easily create a level surface at 112m.
