Semi-detached house with rather small children's rooms

The staircase is 2.40 x 1.80. If it can be narrower, even better. The distance from the middle of the couch to the TV is 2.50 m.

A skylight could be made since it is a pitched roof without an intermediate floor in the upper floor.

I find it quite practical. Change the door swing everywhere except in the bathroom and you have a functional layout. Is the bed in the bedroom the correct size? A bed with 2*90cm mattresses is often about 2m wide in practice.

For the small house, I would allow the staircase a maximum of 2.20m – rather only 2m. That is really narrow, but it is also truly a small house! Then the storage/shower and the bedroom would also be bigger...

I find the kitchen solution interesting. However, you only have 1 tall cabinet now. Is that enough? We really only need 1 for the fridge, but we still have plenty of wall cabinets for the dishes. Otherwise, it will be a lifetime of rummaging on the floor. Maybe something else is possible there?

Be sure to draw the chimney at the top so that the cabinet can be planned.
