Is there a requirement where the front door has to be? In the first plan, it is at the top of the plan, in the prefab house plan on the left side of the plan. Are both possible?

Yes, the entrance can be made from all 3 free sides!

Is there already a site plan here that I just overlooked? I'm especially interested in the location of the street. If possible, in my opinion, one should avoid having every visitor first pass by all the windows and walk all the way around the house.

I have not yet uploaded a site plan, but I am attaching it herewith. The area marked in green will be our house.

The house will be built in the second row, 30 m away from the street.

The problem (or another one...) is that if the entrance is placed at the front, the living/dining room would have to face north.

To the left, one could still build a garage, but we will forgo that. Would the entrance on the side then be the better solution?
