Maybe please summarize everything... I already asked for it yesterday. Site plan and all the explanations, questionnaire, development plan, etc. We can't look for everything here ourselves.

So here is a summary again:
A semi-detached house may be built on the property with external dimensions of 7 x 10 m, max 2 full floors, no attic due to height restriction.
The house should have a basement due to space reasons.
What our requirements were:
- Ground floor with living/dining, kitchen, bathroom with shower, pantry
- Upper floor with one bedroom, 2 children's rooms and a bathroom with shower + bathtub.
All plans are set with north at the top.

With the site plan, it is less clear to me than before. You are building in the second row with a path leading to the house? The garden is in the north? How much land exactly belongs to it?
No measurements to be seen, right? With floor plan 150 does that now mean 75 for a semi-detached house? Correspondingly, would 7.5m x 10m also be possible? Or is that nonsense?

Exactly, there is then an access road from the street to the back of our house. The entire property is about 800 sqm, where exactly it will be divided in the end is not fixed yet (it is all family-owned). In any case, relatively far forward, so that a terrace can still be made in front of the house on the south side and the garden then extends to the back towards the north.
