Ask yourself if it would be allowed on the ground floor.

However, we had 3.5 meters to the boundary.

Nevertheless, the fact is that an architect has more knowledge in his pocket and can implement more than a planner or we can here in the forum.
Just drive to a residential area and look at terraced or semi-detached houses – are they all just uncharmingly rectangular or is there still a gable, balcony, projection, recess, extension, setback or whatever? I know them to be charmingly different here.

But aside from that: the internet is full of designs 7 x 10... or similar. With a basement. You don’t have to despair here now.
And: you can also swap the WC and the cloakroom. Everything is possible.

Exactly not. That's why I was confused now.

Let's hope so. But the OP was with the architect, right? In my opinion, the proposal is just as bad as the first two. There are no gables etc. there either and not a bit charming by any means, if you ask me.

Was he at the architect or planner of BUs? I read "Zimmereien" at the very top... rather bored planners?

I thought if he says architect, he means it?

so we have already been to the architect... I have now edited the floor plan again.

So one more try
the fireplace would then be integrated into the walk-in closet on the upper floor.

What do you think about that?

The shower on the ground floor is 90 x 90, and in the storage room next to it, 2 built-in shelves would fit. The built-in wardrobe next to it is 2.50 x 0.7. So it should also be enough for daily clothes + shoes. The passage to the kitchen would then be 1.10 m and the distance from the work surface to the wall would then be 1.20 m. The hallway would have a width of 1.60 m. On the upper floor, all built-in wardrobes would be about 2 m, the shower 1.10 m wide. In one built-in wardrobe in the children's room, the chimney would run. The hallway upstairs is 1.40 m wide. 140 cm beds are drawn in the children's rooms. Hope that is all understandable like this.
