For company electric vehicles < 60,000 gross list price, only 25% of the gross list price is applied to the 1% rule. My M3 costs me all-in about €100 per month, but I also drive relatively many kilometers with it.

No secret - it's called 0.25% taxation for electric vehicles under 60k gross list price.

Additionally, the commute is charged at less than 0.03% of the list price per kilometer. Switching then pays off, provided the "charging problem" is resolved.

Well, if the employer offers an electric vehicle as a company car, then at least the "charging problem" at the workplace should not be an issue. Even less so with Tesla given the Supercharger network and the quite reasonable range. The specific problem with Tesla is another one, namely service and quality.

For driving an additional car, the state gives me 600 euros cash every month. Crazy times, but thanks to the eCar bonus :D

Yes, that's how the state works - take it from the people and pour it out again :) They are allowed to do that.
